Getting around

Moraira is a 60 minute drive from Alicante airport, and 75 minutes drive from Valencia airport. Lots of car rental companies at both airports. Or, if you don’t need a car, reserve Beniconnect

Hi, I'm Pat. I'm from Holland. My husband and I love to spend time in Spain, because of the sunny climate of course, the laid back life, tranquility and comfort. Come to Moraira and see for yourself. At Penthouse-Moraira we will welcome you, show you the private parking and communal pool, and guide you to the apartment. We have a welcome pack ready for you with some cold drinks and snacks. Policies

Check In: 4PM - 8PM

Check-in time could be flexible, depending on the calendar.
Owners will welcome you and hand over the keys.

House Rules

House rules are in the manual that's handed over at check-in.

Payment Policy

Deposit 30% of the total sum (minus the reservation deposit if booked and already paid online) within 3 days from the time of booking via bank account.
Final payment 70% at least 8 weeks before arrival.
Refundable breakage deposit: 8 weeks before arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Electricity consumption will be settled with the deposit @ €0,40/kWh.
If there's no damage, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded within 4 days after your departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.

Notes

Rental includes parking, water, wifi and sat.tv.
Surcharge applies for final cleaning : €160 and power consumption @ €0,40/kWh.
